This the full official banner of the chief of the Cheltians, and the symbol of the state and government:
The blue represents the water guardian spirit of the tribe who raised them from primitive fixed settlements to glorious nomadry; the green represents the land on which the tribe lives, with the two mountains of the Nation's origin featuring; and the burgundy is the royal colour which represents the authority of the Barr and the Chars.
To identify themselves as members of the tribe, Cheltians often sew the flag onto their clothes in badge form or, if in a group, carry a flag. There are several other versions suited for these purposes:

Flag where there is a scarcity of material or burgundy dye
When no-one is skilled in embroidery, beads may be used as replacements for the mountains
